Cancellation Policy.


​​Please note that by booking an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy;

We accept cancellations or appointment changes 48-hours (2 days) before the scheduled appointment time.

Any cancellations that fall within the 48-hours (2 days) will be charged 50% of the total service cost (non-redeemable).

Any rescheduled appointments that fall within the 48-hours (2 days) period will be required to place a 50% deposit that will be held and be redeemable within the next service.
